My career spans three decades in leadership roles on multi-billion-dollar projects—building airports, ports, cities, metro systems, and landmark destinations across the Middle East. As I grew alongside global industry giants like Bechtel, so did my ambition to build something of my own—from the ground up and lead by example.

In 2019, I founded Kaiane Designs as a creative venture with a bold vision: to become a globally recognised label. Today, Kaiane Design is a leading quiet-luxury fashion brand—featured in top publications like VOGUE and Harper’s Bazaar, seen on red carpets around the world, and recognised by the United Nations for its alignment with the Conscious Fashion and Lifestyle Network.

In 2024, I made the leap into full-time entrepreneurship, dedicating my energy to Kaiane Designs and to helping other ambitious founders and professionals scale their businesses, strengthen their capabilities, and grow their careers. I developed tailored capability-building and advisory programs, and activated my global network of strategic partners to support business expansion and brand elevation.

At heart, I’m still an engineer—a builder of systems, companies, programs, careers, and people. Every industry, every venture, and every transformation has taught me to move fast, learn faster, and scale with resilience. These are the skills I now bring to every founder, executive, and organization I work with.
